Mary Arnold, founder of Las Vegas-based Professional Permanent Cosmetics (sm), has been appointed chairwoman for the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professional’s Health and Safety Committee (SPCP).
A registered nurse for more than 30 years, Arnold brings an extensive background to the committee. Her duties include appointing representatives from each state to the hroup, working with health districts and focusing on infection control and corss contamination prevention.
“This is a crucial area for the SPCP in that it further enhances our efforts to provide the utmost safety, sterilization and quality control to those practicing permanent cosmetics throughout the nation,” Arnold says.
